If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are not accepted as our mats are custom-made to meet specific customer requirements, which vary from order to order. Items must be in good condition, unused, and have their original tags and package. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
For fitting issues, defective, or damaged items, you must provide photos or videos as proof. These will be reviewed, and if approved, replacements will be provided free of charge. When returning mats, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and items should be sent to the address on the shipping label. Report any defects or issues within 7 days of delivery; beyond this period, returns and refunds are not permitted. Ensure returns are sent to the correct address, as incorrect returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be issued after returns are received and inspected, with a 35% deduction for material and labor costs. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. The following are not eligible for return or refund:
– Dislike of color or design: Customers are responsible for their choice of color and design when ordering.
KINGSMATS will not be liable for errors in custom-made products or incorrect delivery addresses.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be either accepted or rejected. For any adjustments suggested by our team, a maximum refund of $50 will be applied to your order. You may not withhold any payments due to us for other Goods pending the resolution of a return claim.
Important notice
Please be aware that KINGSMATS Car Mats are specifically tailored to fit each vehicle upon leaving the factory. Any alterations made to the vehicle afterward may affect the mats’ intended fit based on the original measurements. Unfortunately, KINGSMATS cannot be held responsible if the product does not fit correctly due to modifications made post-purchase, as the mats are initially designed for the vehicle’s original setup. We strongly advise customers to ensure compatibility before ordering, as KINGSMATS will not issue refunds in cases where modifications hinder the product’s fit. Remember, it is your responsibility to make informed purchases and ensure they meet your requirements; changing your mind is not a valid reason for returning purchased items.
Cancellation
Your order cancellation policy is as follows: Orders will be processed within 24 hours for a seamless shopping experience. Hence, cancellations made within 24 hours are eligible for a full 100% refund. For cancellation requests beyond this timeframe, a 35% deduction will be applied to cover raw material and workmanship costs, resulting in a 65% refund.
